IRAQ: Al-Diwaniyah Inks MOU To Build Own International Airport

* The government of Al Diwaniyah province, in Iraq's central Al-Qadisiyyah Governorate, signed an MOU with Ru'ya Al-Balaghi and Chinese firm Kam Si to construct Al Diwaniyah International Airport.
