JORDAN: JAC Signs C-130 Hercules Maintenance Agreement with Aselsan

AMMAN, Jordan

• Jordan Aeronautical-systems Company (JAC) has signed a cooperation agreement with Aselsan of Turkey, which specialises in defence and electronic systems.
• The agreement targets enhanced cooperation on C-130 Hercules maintenance.
• The deal expands cooperation and technical expertise exchange.
• It also strengthens aircraft maintenance capabilities and supports future cooperation opportunities.
• The agreement bolsters JAC's position in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sector wherein it specialises in Lockheed Martin C-130/L382 Hercules (Allison T-56-A-7/-15 or Allison 501-D22A) line maintenance and base maintenance up to and including Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM).
• JAC also conducts 737 Classic and NG line and heavy maintenance as well as that for Agusta AW139 helicopters.
