TUNISIA: Cargo Wings Express Granted UAE and European Permits

TUNIS, Tunisia: Cargo Wings Express has obtained its Third Country Operator authorisation from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency alongside its Emirati FAOP.

Cargo Wings Express has obtained its Third Country Operator authorisation from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, permit #EASA.TCO.TUN-0007.01.

The nascent Tunisian cargo carrier secured its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), #08, in June this year.
It subsequently secured its Emirati Foreign Air Operator permit - #GCAPCWE0127 - which is valid from 11 June 2026 through 06 July 2028.
CWE plans to deploy its fleet of two 737-300(SF)s on cargo flights from its operational base at Tunis-Carthage International Airport to key markets across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and others.
