ISRAEL: Airlines Seek High Court Exemption from Tibi Law for War Cancellations
TEL AVIV, Israel: El Al, Air France, Delta Air Lines and other carriers petition Israel's High Court of Justice (Bagatz) to exempt them from the Aviation Services Law, known as the Tibi Law, for flight cancellations during Operation Shagat HaAri.
