DAMASCUS, Syria

- Osama Sateh, Business Development and Relations Director at Fly Cham Airlines, confirmed plans to expand to new destinations and acquire a dedicated freighter aircraft. No type specified.
- The privately-owned Syrian airline plans to serve previously inaccessible destinations, with plans to serve Europe soon. However, given Syria's status with the EU, service will require either wet-leased metal or Fly Cham to acquire its own TCO.
- Airlines transport Syrian products and goods of all types, including agricultural exports to global and regional markets.
- FlyCham operates a fleet of five A320-200s of which only one is known to be active at present, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows.
