LIBYA: CAA renews Libyan Air Ambulance's CAMO certification
TRIPOLI, Libya
- Libyan Civil Aviation Authority renewed Libyan Air Ambulance's CAMO approval as an Approved LYCAR.PART-M CAMO Organization.
- The operator met air safety and continuing airworthiness management standards.
- Renewal follows more than three years of work, training and capacity building by national specialists.
- Step supports efforts to lift restrictions on Libyan aviation.
- Established in 1979, LAA operates medevac charters throughout Libya using two Cessna 560 Citation XLS, a Citation Latitude, and a Bell 429 based out of Tripoli Mitiga.
