JORDAN: European carriers to resume regular flights, Ryanair flights at the end of next month - CARC

AMMAN, Jordan

• CARC said Wizz Air will resume flights to Queen Alia International Airport from Tuesday with two weekly services after several months of suspension owing to the Israel/Iran/US war.
• The first Wizz Air flight will arrive with high passenger load factor confirming demand for travel to Jordan and the direct impact on tourism and trade.
• Ryanair will resume operations from the end of October linking Jordan to four major European destinations.
• CARC efforts with EASA resulted in removal of Jordan from the EASA conflict zone information bulletin lifting the recommendation against European carriers operating to Jordan.
