- Airbus executives said UAE and Middle East carriers requested neither deferrals of plane orders nor delayed payments despite higher costs from the US-Iran war.
- Airbus Africa and Middle East president Gabriel Semelas said no regional airline requested delivery or payment delays in 2026 and instead took scheduled aircraft.
- Semelas said no airline requested delays in deliveries or payments this year and cited Emirates taking A350s, Etihad taking two A320s and two A350s plus scheduled deliveries to Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian, and EgyptAir.
